The Academy organises several networks and a range of conferences and other events.
Community Networks
For staff and others involved in Community Forums and Community partnerships. The Academy supports networks in Barnsley, Rotherham and Doncaster and hosts a South Yorkshire Community Development Network.
Community Trainers Network
A network for community trainers involved in delivering community leadership related training. Through this network, the Academy also offers professional and organisational development and provides support in quality improvement and curriculum development/accreditation.
Conferences
Academy conferences bring together people from across the community development/regeneration spectrum to take forward the Community Leadership agenda and share best practice.
